Return policy: Wappa will accept returns for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase for new unused and unopened merchandise in the same condition that it was purchased. If you choose to return your product during the seven (7) day period, you do so at your own expense. Wappa does not pay for return shipping.

Warranty: Wappa Paddle Boards, “Wappa,” provides a warranty for manufacturing defects on all new boards for five (5) years from the date of purchase. The paddle board warranty encompasses Wappa Paddle Boards that were purchased from wappapaddleboards.com or an authorized Wappa Paddle Boards dealer. Warranty coverage is not transferable and, as such, will only apply to the original purchaser of the paddle board. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the warranty claim.

If a product is deemed defective by Wappa, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product during the 5-year period from the original purchase date to that owner.
 
If the product needs to be replaced and the same model product is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar model product at no cost to you.

If the product can be repaired, all repair locations must be authorized by Wappa Paddle Boards before any repairs are made to be covered under this warranty.

Wappa will make the final warranty decision on any product in person or by pictures.
